QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS

1.What is the turn around time for my vehicle to be returned to me?
A- Once the vehicle is approved by insurance, turn around typically is 7-10 business days . We stride to beat the industry standard time.  

2. Am I getting after market parts on my vehicle?
A- NO! We only use OEM factory parts on anything that cannot be fixed by the PDR repair process.

3. Do I need to make a claim on my own insurance to process?
A-Yes, but our dedicated team members will take care of everything, from filing your claim, getting you into a rental car, and delivering back to you.

4. Will my insurance rate go up after filing and processing my hail claim?
A- No, This is a comprehensive claim. Hail is an uncontrollable “Act of Nature”. Insurance rates by law in Texas and will not increase when processing hail damage claims. 

5. What happens if I don’t have rental car coverage?
A- If you don’t have rental coverage on full coverage insurance, we will put you in a rental car free of charge during the repair period.

6. Do I need to pay anything upfront for hail repairs?
A- NO! This is a $0 out-of-pocket cost process. We work for you and your convenience!

7. What insurance companies do you work with? 
A- We have outstanding relationships with any and all insurance companies in the greater DFW area.

This was the easiest repair process I have ever experienced. Eric & Luke were friendly & helpful throughout the entire process. My son's car was dinged up bad from a recent hail storm. They came to the house same day to assess car, helped me through online claims process & stayed in touch throughout to get insurance adjuster approval. They met my son at the car rental place & the car was completed in less than a week (over a thousand dings). They returned the car to our front door after detailing it, including under the hood. They also wrote a check to cover the excess cost of rental car that our policy didn't cover (which was an added bonus). All around nice guys, very responsive, and willing to answer any questions & in a timely manner. Don't hesitate to use them!

Great company! North Texas Dent Pros did fantastic work with great communication from the staff and the turnaround time for the repairs was extremely fast. Luke helped me file my claim and worked with my adjuster to get my car fixed like it never even happened. 10/10 recommend!
